Privacy Policy

How the AZMX Employee Handbook portal handles your data — written plainly, for internal use only.

Scope

This policy covers the internal Employee Handbook portal only. It does not cover AZMX HR systems (such as Jisr), payroll platforms, email, Slack, or any other third-party tools used at AZMX. Those systems have their own policies administered by People & Culture and Technology.

What this portal stores

The portal stores small preferences in your browser using localStorage: your chosen language, the last few searches you performed, and your acknowledgement of this privacy notice. Nothing is sent to an AZMX server. There is no account to create, no form to submit, and no profile attached to you.

What this portal does NOT do

No analytics, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no fingerprinting, no behavioural telemetry. No personal data is transmitted from this site to AZMX or to any third party. Nothing is sold or shared.

Hosting & access logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. The hosting provider may retain standard infrastructure request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) transiently for abuse prevention and service reliability. These logs are held by the hosting provider under their own policy. AZMX does not access or analyse them for employee monitoring.

Your rights under Saudi PDPL

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data AZMX holds about you. This portal itself holds none of that data — for any data-subject request, contact People & Culture directly at hr@azmx.sa.
