How the year unfolds

KPIs set
At the start of the cycle, your manager defines specific KPIs with measurable performance indicators tied to AZMX business goals.
- 02Year-round
Continuous assessment
Performance is reviewed on an ongoing basis through check-ins and project feedback — not just once at year-end.
- 03End of June
Formal consolidation
At the end of June, all inputs are consolidated into the official evaluation. Both manager and employee sign the form.

Eligibility
Employees must complete a minimum of two full quarters (six months) at AZMX to be eligible for a formal evaluation or promotion consideration.
Promotion decisions
Promotions align with evaluation results and business capacity. Strong performance is necessary but not sufficient — role availability and business need apply.
Underperformance
Performance gaps are addressed through structured feedback and coaching first — disciplinary action is not the default path.
