The cycle

How the year unfolds

Your manager sets KPIs and measurable indicators at the start of each cycle. Performance is assessed continuously through the year and consolidated into one formal evaluation at the end of June. People & Culture ensures every employee receives their review on time, signed by both the employee and the manager. The fiscal year runs for 12 months, starting in July and ending in June of the following year.

    Start of cycle

    KPIs set

    At the start of the cycle, your manager defines specific KPIs with measurable performance indicators tied to AZMX business goals.

    Year-round

    Continuous assessment

    Performance is reviewed on an ongoing basis through check-ins and project feedback — not just once at year-end.

  3. 03
    End of June

    Formal consolidation

    At the end of June, all inputs are consolidated into the official evaluation. Both manager and employee sign the form.
