Eligible spend categories
Each employee has access to a training and development allowance equivalent to USD $1,500 each fiscal year. This may be used for courses, certifications, conferences, or workshops relevant to the employee's role and growth path. Requests are proposed by the employee, approved by their manager, tracked via ClickUp, and signed off by People & Culture.

Employees who receive company-funded training commit to remain at AZMX for at least 12 months after the training ends. If the employee leaves before this period, a proportional share of the training cost may be reclaimed based on the remaining commitment.

AZMX may move employees across projects, clients, or teams when business needs and individual development goals are aligned. Mobility decisions are made collaboratively with line managers and communicated to the employee with sufficient advance notice.

AZMX runs internship programs open to high-potential university students and recent graduates. Interns are selected through an internal process involving line managers and People & Culture. Programs typically run for 3 to 6 months and are structured to provide meaningful real-world experience.
