Four ways to refer
Talent referral
Refer a candidate who gets hired and successfully completes 6 months at AZMX. All employees are eligible to participate, except HR recruiters and the People & Culture Manager for positions they are actively hiring. To be eligible for the referral reward, the referred candidate must be hired in a full-time onsite role (either at AZMX premises or client site).

Employees who refer a project opportunity outside their current portfolio that converts into a signed contract earn a bonus credited on top of their regular salary. Recognition within the company, and potential leadership in the new project area.
10K / 20KSARFirst / Second referralClient referral
Existing clients and external partners who refer a new project to AZMX earn a commission on signed contracts. Clients also receive VIP status, early access to AZMX services, and exclusive invitations to events and workshops.
15K / 25KSARFirst / Second referralGeneral referral
Any individual or partner outside AZMX who refers a new project may earn a commission tied to the project value. All referral arrangements must be approved by AZMX leadership before any commitment is made.

Rules
Eligibility and payout
Must be new to AZMX
Referrals must be candidates or opportunities not previously contacted, interviewed, or approached through any other channel.
Through the Talents Referral form in ClickUp
Talent referrals must be submitted through the Talents Referral form in ClickUp before any interview is scheduled. Project referrals must be submitted before any commercial conversation.
Ineligibility
Self-referrals and referrals of immediate family members are not eligible. HR recruiters are ineligible for roles they actively hire for.
Payout timing
Talent bonuses pay after the referred employee completes 6 months. Project commissions pay after the contract is signed and the first milestone is invoiced.
