Employment framework

Employment Policies

AZMX operates two employment structures — full-time and consultancy — each with different conditions. All new joiners go through a structured probation period with three scheduled reviews.

Two contract types

Your employment type determines your benefits, your working pattern, and how your role evolves. Probation is a shared review — both the company and the employee use it to confirm fit.

Full-Time Employment

Full-time employees work under a standard employment contract with fixed working hours, the full benefits package (annual leave, end-of-service, medical insurance, GOSI), and on-site or hybrid presence as determined by their role. Full-time employees are subject to all AZMX policies including leave, performance, and career development programs.

Included

  • Full annual leave (21–30 days)
  • End-of-service gratuity
  • Medical insurance (you + dependents)
  • GOSI enrollment
  • Career development programs
  • Performance review cycle

Consultancy Contracts

Consultancy roles are project-based and structured around deliverables rather than fixed hours. Consultants are hired on specific terms outlined in their contracts, covering duties and disciplinary rules. Consultancy contracts do NOT include full-time benefits like annual leave, end-of-service, or medical insurance — exceptions may apply when the project requires it, and must be stated in the contract.

Contract-defined

  • Defined by individual contract
  • No annual leave by default
  • No end-of-service gratuity
  • No medical insurance
  • Exceptions require project-specific clause

Probation

Your first 90 days

Three scheduled check-ins — day 30, 60, and 90 — measure fit and progress in both directions.
  1. 01
    Day 01

    Day 1 — Probation starts

90-day probation begins on your contract start date. Expectations, objectives, and review dates are agreed with your manager.

  2. 02
    Day 30

    30-day check-in

First structured review with your manager. Early-stage fit, onboarding progress, and any blockers. Documented by the manager.

  3. 03
    Day 60

    60-day check-in

Second review. Work quality, integration with the team, and early deliverables. Feedback in both directions.

  4. 04
    Day 90

    90-day decision

Final review. One of three outcomes: confirmation of employment, mutual extension (up to 180 days total), or ended employment. Communicated via email on the last day of probation.
