Section 01 — Attendance

Attendance Principles

Attendance is mandatory. Permission to leave during working hours must be coordinated with the manager. Working hours are flexible, with a start time between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.

Section 02 — Medical insurance

Medical Insurance

Health insurance is provided for all employees as per cooperative health insurance regulations. All employees are enrolled in the occupational hazards branch of GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance). Employees on temporary or consultancy contracts outside Saudi Arabia are not covered, unless on external projects where insurance costs are billed to project expenses.

Ramadan workdays are reduced to 6 hours per day.

Section 03 — Remote work

Remote Work

After completing probation, employees may work remotely for up to one day per month, subject to the following: prior approval from your direct manager, submission of a request through Jisr at least 24 hours in advance, no pending tasks or in-office meetings requiring your presence. Employees at client sites must comply with the client organisation's internal policies — the client has the right to approve or deny remote work requests.
